Our multiples consultations are designed to address the unique needs and concerns that arise when raising multiple babies. Whether you're a first-time parent of multiples or have older children adjusting to the arrival of new siblings, we've got you covered. During the consultation, we'll discuss practical tips and strategies to help you successfully navigate various aspects of caring for multiples.

  • Safely bottle-feeding more than one baby: If you're using bottles to feed your babies, we'll show you how to do it safely and efficiently.
  • Burping one baby while feeding the other: Practical techniques to make feeding time smoother and more manageable, even with more than one baby.
  • Environment setup to do it ALL alone: Organizing your home in a way that promotes efficiency and convenience, empowering you to handle multiple tasks while caring for your little ones.
  • Supporting sibling adjustment and solving unique safety issues in homes with multiples: If you have older children, we'll guide you through the process of ensuring a smooth transition and address safety concerns associated with having multiple children of different ages.

Are you expecting more than one baby and feeling a bit overwhelmed? Don't worry; we've got you covered! Join our interactive and informative four-hour class, TWINS 101, designed specifically for parents anticipating the arrival of multiples.

We understand the discomfort that can come with a multiple pregnancy, so we've streamlined a wealth of essential information into a short amount of time. This practical class focuses on preparing your home, gathering supplies, and setting up the necessary equipment to ensure a smooth transition for your growing family.

While there will be some prenatal information, please note that this is not a childbirth preparation class. Instead, we'll provide you with problem-solving techniques and practical tips to confidently care for multiple babies simultaneously, helping you overcome the initial challenges of the newborn phase.

Your instructor, co-owner of itsaBelly, is a multiples specialist and educator with over 30 years of personal and professional experience in supporting families with multiples. You'll benefit from her invaluable insights and expert guidance throughout the class.

As an added bonus, we offer ongoing access to Deana, so you can continue seeking advice and support as your babies' needs evolve.
