Casey O'Keefe is a doula based in Portland, Oregon, with over a decade of experience in supporting families. Since 2012, Casey has been dedicated to providing emotional, physical, and informational support to ensure that each birth and postpartum experience is as positive and memorable as possible.
 
Her path to becoming a doula was shaped by her own transformative birth experiences and a deep desire to help others navigate this life-changing event.
With training and continuing education in childbirth education, labor support, lactation, and postpartum care, Casey’s extensive experience ensures she’s always up-to-date and ready to provide top-notch care.
 
Before becoming a doula, Casey worked in various research roles gaining valuable insights into the needs and challenges faced by expectant families. This background enriches her approach, allowing her to blend knowledge with heartfelt understanding and support. Her experience includes working with diverse populations and handling a wide range of birth scenarios, from home births to hospital deliveries.
Known for her calming presence and empathetic approach, Casey tailors her support to fit each family’s unique needs and preferences, creating a nurturing environment that feels just right for each client.
Whether that means offering hands-on labor support, or providing educational resources and emotional encouragement, she helps each family feel empowered and prepared.
