Our Birth Doula Support service is designed to give you all the emotional and physical support you need during childbirth. Our experienced doulas will be right by your side to offer comfort measures and help you make informed decisions. Studies have shown that having a birth doula can lead to shorter labor and a more satisfying birth experience, so we're here to make sure you have the support you need.

We offer Birth Preference Consultations, dedicated time to talk through the common choices you'll face during birth and how to communicate them clearly with your hospital staff. Our goal is to make sure you walk in feeling prepared and confident that your voice will be heard.

We offer Belly Casting services so you can capture the beauty of your pregnancy and create a lasting keepsake to cherish for years to come.

After your little one arrives, our itsaBaby™ services are here for you. Bringing a new baby home is a big adjustment, and you don't have to figure it out alone.

Our Postpartum Doula Support gives you hands-on help in those first weeks, from feeding support to newborn care, so you and your baby feel cared for while you find your footing.

For families with multiples, we offer specialized support through Multiple Expectations our twins 101 class and in-home consultations for twins, triplets, or more.

Our team has real, firsthand experience with multiples, from twins to higher-order multiples like triplets and quadruplets, and knows what it actually takes to help you feel supported instead of overwhelmed. That includes the details other teams might not think to prepare you for: nursing two babies at once, sleeping in shifts instead of one long stretch, and helping older siblings adjust to suddenly sharing your attention.

We also run Multiple Expectations, a class built to help you set up real support before your babies arrive, not scramble for it after.

We also offer Baby-Proofing Services to ensure that your home environment is safe and secure for your little one. Our experts will assess potential hazards and provide recommendations to create a safe space for your child to explore and grow.

To further enhance your parenting journey, we host New Parent Support Groups, providing a supportive and inclusive space where you can connect with other parents, share experiences, and receive guidance from experienced professionals.
